A healthy church is a praying church (see Luke 18:1). Prayer is at the heart of our relationship with God, and for this reason, we want to make prayer part of everything we do at Hamilton Road Baptist. It’s one of the four main areas that we as a church feel we need to focus on in order to serve God and grow closer to Him. Click here for more details.
Apart from the discipline of personal prayer, the opportunity to engage with others and be encouraged through prayer come in a variety of ways – here are some of them..
Every Wednesday, 7-7:30am
Every Sunday, 10:30-10:50am
On Wednesday Mornings, a small group meet over coffee to pray. Every other week on Wednesday Evenings there is a chance for the whole church family to pray together with a special focus on mission, ministries and intercession while on Sunday Mornings, a small group that meet to pray before the Sunday morning service.
Many in our church meet together on a regular basis to support and encourage one another through the ups and down of life and to pray for others in our church and family connections. Why not join one?
