In a world searching for satisfaction, many of us are often caught browsing the internet and absorbed in reality television. While we may find some momentary satisfaction in these mediums, God has written His Word on our hearts and given us and innate desire for something more that will endure forever. Books, blogs and media bombard our minds from morning to evening offering a commentary on life but the only book that will ever read us and truly satisfy is the Bible.
This is why we as a church are engaging with Biblefresh. We believe in the transforming and renewing work that God’s Spirit can do through His Word in our lives as individuals and as a church. We want to journey together and inspire one another to read the Bible. As a whole church we will be working through the E100 Bible reading plan – 50 OT and 50 NT passages that together help show the ‘big picture’ of God’s plan for mankind.
We have now completed the e100 series as a church but would encourage anyone who hasn’t followed it to do so and we have left the readings online for your convenience.
