We seek to appoint a Youth Director possessing the vision and leadership qualities to develop and expand the existing and established youth ministry. The Youth Director will also spend one third of their time embracing the opportunity of a significant role in another specific area of the church life, to be agreed on appointment.

Working alongside our Pastors and Church Leadership Team, the role will include:

• Leading, planning and developing the youth ministry programme
• Co-ordinating and supporting a team of willing volunteers
• Strengthening the partnership between youth work and families
• Regular hands-on involvement in the youth work
