Jonathan McClaughlin
Pastor, Principal of Irish Baptist College
Johnny is married to Jenny, and they have 3 children. After growing up in the HRBC Johnny returned as pastor in 2010 following study at seminary. Johnny loves pastoring at HRBC, and is also involved in training the next generation of gospel workers at The Irish Baptist College as Principal (https://www.irishbaptistcollege.co.uk/faculty-staff/).
Keith McIlwaine
Pastor
Keith is married to Ruth and they have 3 boys. After being a member of the church for a few years, Keith came onto staff as Youth Worker in 2008 and has fulfilled most roles since then. He oversees programmes and pastoral care at the church and enjoys a flat white.
Chris McGuire
Associate Pastor
Chris is married to Leah and is the newest member of the pastoral team joining in 2023. After 7 years of a mix of ministry and secular employment in Dublin, he’s overseeing a few specific ministries at HRBC alongside general pastoral work. When not at the church, he turns out for Bangor Rugby Club and drives a converted Defender.
